We engage in the business of buying homes, selling homes, renovating homes and managing properties. All of the homes that we work with, we own and 90+ % of the properties that we have are residential 1-4 family homes.

We are a small company with full time year round construction crews and administrative staff who all receive good wages, ongoing opportunities for advancement and benefits. 

Responsibilities will be in the Rochester and Surrounding Suburban areas.  Also, a vehicle is a Must!
